		<description><![CDATA[Thank you! My very first class at Northwood was a philosophy class. My professor told us to ask &#039;Why?&#039; every time we have the opportunity. He explained that by doing this, we are analyzing the efficiency of a process or improving it in some way. If there is a reason a policy or process is in place, the answer should be clear and you won&#039;t have to ask any questions. 
I used this concept to apply it in my most recent course on meaning. It is so easy to hop on the bandwagon and go with the flow, but if we moved against the grain a little, we will see more improvement in the things we do.
